The cemetery was cleaned and the remaining tombstones counted and photographed in August 2018 during the fourth annual international summer camp organized by Maceva, partially funded by the Jewish Community of Lithuania.
692 gravestones were documented in the cemetery, and based on these findings a cemetery map was created.
The epitaphs have been transcribed and translated by Lara Lempert, the head of the Judaica Center at the National Library of Lithuania.
Work is being funded by the NGO Good Will Foundation.

Kapinės buvo išvalytos ir likę antapiai suskaičiuoti ir nufotografuoti 2018 m. rugpjūčio mėn., per 4-ąją tarptautinę vasaros stovyklą, kurią organizavo Maceva ir iš dalies parėmė Lietuvos žydų bendruomenė.
692 anktapiai dokumentuoti kapinėse, sudarytas kapinių žemėlapis.
