Supposedly established in the first half of the 18th century, Sveksna Jewish cemetery was destroyed during the German occupation. The cemetery was located in the northern part of the town, further from the road to Veivirzenai, on the right side, close to the current hospital.
Today area of the cemetery occupy 0.93 hectare(1). Tombstones are covered by metal fence.
In 2012 behind the fence several tombstones, created in the 19th century, were found.
The territory is well-maintained. Fully digitized!

Vokiečių okupacijos metais buvo sunaikintos, manoma, jog miestelio žydų kapinės siekusios XVIII a. pr., buvusios šiaurinėje miestelio dalyje, atokiau nuo kelio į Veiviržėnus, dešinėje pusėje, šalia dabartinės ligoninės. Šiandien buvusių kapinių plotas užima 0,93 ha.(1).
Antkapiniai paminklai aptverti metaline tvorele; tvarkant kapines 2012 m. už kapinių tvorelės aptikta dar keletas antkapinių paminklų, kurių dauguma XIX a.
Kapinių teritorija prižiūrima. Kapinės dokumentuotos.
